Repeat Prescription Requests Please return the tear off slip on your prescription, ticking the
medication you need to order.
This can be returned by post or put in the
black box on the railing at the door of the surgery. If this is not
possible please telephone.
You may also order by emailing:

(Please be aware that normal email is not encrypted and so may not be
totally secure. If you have an issue with this please re-order in the
usual way.) Your prescription will be at the chemist 48
hours later (2 days).
